Nursing supervisors were required to manually scan staff calendars, productivity, and skillsets to appropriately assign individuals to episodes of care (EOC). The nurses would then manually search through records for their patients’ information.
The Solution
Amitech built an automation workflow using UiPath’s Task Capture application to automate the EOC assignment process and records retrieval, resulting in savings of 25% in both time and cost.
