Amit Bhagat is a recognized industry thought leader, speaker, and management consultant passionate about applying advanced data analytics, intelligent automation, and digital health to solve healthcare’s most pressing and persistent challenges. Amit’s expertise lies at the intersection of technology, healthcare operations, and business transformations to create new operating models and develop innovative ways to improve profitability and growth.

Amit has twenty-plus years of experience helping clients succeed by developing information management, governance, business intelligence, advanced analytics, organizational design, intelligent automation, and performance management strategies and solutions. In an era of increasing change and labor challenges, Amit has worked extensively with clients in healthcare organizations to develop and implement growth strategies as well as drive measurable improvement in their operational performance by combining complex and information-based technology solutions, culture, people, and processes, all working in concert.

As CEO of Amitech, Amit leads the firm’s client-facing and growth strategies and enjoys working with client executives in an advisory capacity to solve complex problems facing today’s healthcare industry. Amit holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, India.

As Chief Financial Officer, Ray House Jr. brings more than two decades of financial leadership to the Amitech leadership team. Ray is primarily responsible for overseeing finance and accounting functions and driving Amitech’s financial strategy and execution to help accelerate growth.

Prior to his position at Amitech, he led the accounting and finance teams at Interface Security Systems as its Senior Vice President of Finance. Ray’s tenure at the managed services provider included roles as Vice President of Finance and Director of Finance. He also served as Controller at IntralSP Software Solutions, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Meramec Valley Bank, and progressively advancing roles in public accounting for approximately eight years.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Saint Louis University. Ray carries his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure from the State of Missouri and is designated as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He is a member of the Association of International Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Missouri Society of CPAs (MOCPA).

As the Senior Vice President of Operations at Amitech, Katie Oliva plays a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to delivering top-tier AI, analytics, and automation solutions to our clients. Her dedication is rooted in understanding and meeting the evolving needs of payers and providers, not just for today, but for the future.

Fueled by an intense passion for enhancing healthcare services, Katie has spent over 27 years cultivating her expertise in nursing and healthcare operations. In the past 13 years, she further specialized in executive roles within nursing and operations. She brings more than 15 years of experience driving data-driven strategies and delivering valuable insights to optimize business performance.

Katie was most recently responsible for developing and leading the Executive Coaching Consulting Services as well as Cultural Transformation offerings at Huron. As an executive leader, she oversaw Employee and Patient Engagement initiatives, Strategy and Goal setting work as well as the software products associated with this work. Prior to that, she has held numerous clinical and leadership roles: Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Nursing Practice.

Katie holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel College. Additionally, Katie is a Certified Coach Practitioner, Critical Care Registered (CCRN), Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) and Nurse Executive- Advanced (NEA-BC).

Michael Campana, VP of Marketing at Amitech, is a seasoned product marketing and creative strategist with over 30 years of healthcare marketing and sales experience. His extensive background spans enterprise services and solutions in the healthcare provider, payer, and pharmaceutical & life sciences segments, with a particular focus on providing market insight, analysis, and execution in support of brand strategy and value proposition creation.

Prior to his role at Amitech, Mike drove healthcare marketing efforts for notable companies such as Healthcare Triangle, Conduent, Ricoh, Siemens Medical, and NextGen Healthcare. This wealth of experience has honed his expertise in navigating the complex landscape of healthcare marketing.

Michael holds a BSBA degree in marketing from the University of South Florida. He currently resides in the Philadelphia, PA area, where he and his wife, Rebecca, have raised their three daughters. Mike’s combination of academic knowledge, practical experience, and personal dedication positions him as a valuable asset in the healthcare marketing field.

Becca has developed and implemented succession plans and career path roadmaps across various organizations, establishing clear pathways for employee success and advancement. She has successfully launched multiple employee engagement and recognition programs, significantly contributing to overall satisfaction and retention. In addition, Becca has played a key role in organizational mergers and acquisitions, facilitating smooth transitions through effective communication and support.


Known for her authentic communication style, passion for people, and unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity, Becca is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment that consistently achieves positive outcomes for both employees and the organization.


Becca is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a passionate advocate for cultivating thriving workplace cultures. With nearly 15 years of experience in developing high-performing teams and driving organizational success, along with an academic background in Organizational Leadership and Psychology from Fort Hays State University, she brings a wealth of professional expertise and a person-centered approach to her role.

Jacob Rouse is the VP of Intelligent Automation at Amitech Solutions where he leads the strategy and success of Amitech’s Intelligent Automation practice including partner success, service offerings, strategic partnerships, innovation, delivery methodology, and internal planning. He also leads strategic discovery (Blueprint) and enterprise implementation engagements.

Jacob has a passion for population health and lowering the total cost of care. He has spent the last 15 years working in financial and operational leadership roles (executive, department, process) and as a strategic consultant. He has an expert knowledge of healthcare finances and revenue cycle and is a frequent HFMA and Epic conference speaker on financial and improvement topics. Additionally, he has been nationally recognized by both organizations. In Operational leadership and consulting, Jacob has a track record leading and implementing multimillion-dollar initiatives that have resulted in significant financial and operational improvements.

Jacob holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Scranton, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Jacob also has an extensive background in soccer with 20+ years coaching and being a former Division 1 college player. His passion for coaching aligns directly with his core values of continuous improvement and development.

As Customer Engagement Director, Meghan Mehlberg Fuss is responsible for helping our customers find opportunities to continue to optimize and scale operations. Meghan has a proven track record of successfully developing 360-degree operating strategies to deliver a seamless, integrated, and highly differentiated employee and patient experience.

Meghan brings more than a decade of healthcare and leadership experience to her role. Prior to her position at Amitech, Meghan was most recently an Executive Director at Woodside Senior Communities where she was responsible for providing leadership and supervisory oversight for an interdisciplinary team of 320+ healthcare professional to optimize day-to-day operations, deliver high quality of care, foster a strong sense of community, and ensure the organization’s financial health and sustainability.

Meghan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Sam Mehlberg is a Lead Consultant for Amitech Solutions. As a Lead Consultant, Sam is responsible for automation practice development within Amitech and automation ideation and development with our clients.

Sam is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and has spent the majority of his professional career within the healthcare industry. Sam has a double bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, and Supply Chain and Operations Management, which along with Six Sigma certifications kicked off his process improvement career. Since Sam’s college graduation, he has spent nearly 7 years with a health system in pharmaceuticals purchasing and contract management as well as management roles within accounts receivables.

Whitney is a Senior Data Scientist at Amitech Solutions. As a Senior Data Scientist, Whitney is responsible for extracting and analyzing data to see patterns and predictions to help our customers improve outcomes, and patient care and continue to drive positive change in healthcare.

Prior to joining Amitech, Whitney was previously a data scientist at Collective Medical, Lucerna Healthcare and Castell, Intermountain Healthcare’s value-based care arm where she delved into population health and patient engagement within their value-based care data platform.

Whitney holds a Master of Science in Applied Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Utah.

As Principal Solution Architect, Richard Vanderpuye is responsible for managing automation projects and creating automation solutions to drive efficiency and reduce cost for our customers. Richard brings more than 12 years of IT experience managing RPA developers in delivering quality BOTS to meet business requirements and improve performance.

Prior to his position at Amitech, Richard held various positions at Infosys and IBM.

Richard holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Science from Alcorn State University.

Annamarie Rollo is a Data Visualization Lead at Amitech Solutions. As a Data Visualization Lead, Annamarie is responsible for building and customizing Tableau reports to help customers achieve their business goals.

Annamarie comes to Amitech with extensive healthcare experience. Prior to joining Amitech, Annamarie held various positions at LexisNexis Risk Solutions Healthcare and Axia Women’s Health. She was most recently a Data Engineering Supervisor where she designed a series of Power BI dashboards to track team and individual productivity, monitor team performance and identity data quality trends. She managed a team of seventeen employees through data integration and client migration.

Annamarie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.

Matthew Kastner is a Data Engineer at Amitech Solutions. As a Data Engineer, Matthew is responsible for collecting, managing, and converting data to help our customers make proactive decisions.

Prior to joining Amitech, Matthew spent over four years at Axia Women’s Health in various positions, including Data Warehouse Engineer, Integration Engineer, and SQL Developer. Matthew started as a SQL Developer, where he led the data migrations for all acquired care centers. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Matthew created an automated system to send messages and reminders to patients via SMS and voice. Over the next few years, Matthew was promoted to Integration Engineer as he expanded on the functionality of this system to include the sending of electronic patient forms via email and SMS with single sign-on functionality that would allow for the forms to be auto-populated with the patient’s information, uploaded the forms as documents into the patient’s chart, updated the patient’s chart automatically if there were any changes, and rolled out a web application to give care centers the functionality to send messages and forms to patients themselves. In April 2023, Matthew was promoted again to Data Warehouse Engineer where he assumed full administrative responsibility of the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science with a specialty in Game Programming and a minor in 2D and 3D Digital Art from DeSales University in Center Valley, PA.
