Amit Bhagat is a recognized industry thought leader, speaker, and management consultant passionate about applying advanced data analytics, intelligent automation, and digital health to solve healthcare’s most pressing and persistent challenges. Amit’s expertise lies at the intersection of technology, healthcare operations, and business transformations to create new operating models and develop innovative ways to improve profitability and growth.
Amit has twenty-plus years of experience helping clients succeed by developing information management, governance, business intelligence, advanced analytics, organizational design, intelligent automation, and performance management strategies and solutions. In an era of increasing change and labor challenges, Amit has worked extensively with clients in healthcare organizations to develop and implement growth strategies as well as drive measurable improvement in their operational performance by combining complex and information-based technology solutions, culture, people, and processes, all working in concert.
As CEO of Amitech, Amit leads the firm’s client-facing and growth strategies and enjoys working with client executives in an advisory capacity to solve complex problems facing today’s healthcare industry. Amit holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, India.
Michael Demos is Chief Operating Officer for Amitech Solutions. As COO, Mr. Demos is responsible for operational excellence, process optimization, firm management, strategic initiatives, business performance, financial modeling, and professional recruitment. In addition, he serves as general counsel in specific corporate areas and oversees the Amitech Solutions Diversity Excellence Program.
As a local to St. Louis, Mr. Demos holds a J.D. with honors from Washington University (2007), as well as a bachelor of science with highest honors in chemical engineering (2004) from Washington University, where he graduated class valedictorian. Mr. Demos also holds an international M.B.A. with honors with specialization in finance and international business from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (2010) in Hong Kong, China while spending time in India, China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Korea.
As Chief Financial Officer, Ray House Jr. brings more than two decades of financial leadership to the Amitech leadership team. Mr. House is primarily responsible for overseeing finance and accounting functions and driving Amitech’s financial strategy and execution to help accelerate growth.
Prior to his position at Amitech, he led the accounting and finance teams at Interface Security Systems as its Senior Vice President of Finance. Mr. House’s tenure at the managed services provider included roles as Vice President of Finance and Director of Finance. He also served as Controller at IntralSP Software Solutions, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Meramec Valley Bank, and progressively advancing roles in public accounting for approximately eight years.
Mr. House holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Saint Louis University. Mr. House carries his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure from the State of Missouri and is designated as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Mr. House is a member of the Association of International Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Missouri Society of CPAs (MOCPA).
As Amitech’s Vice President of People and Culture, Donna MacLeish, SHRM-CP, PHR, is responsible for supporting human resources and recruiting departments to attract, recruit, and retain top talent and brings over two decades of experience improving company talent and performance management programs, organizational design and development, enhancing communication throughout the company, and fostering a dynamic culture that enables employees to grow professionally and to mentor other employees to do the same.
Ms. MacLeish has held key leadership Human Resource positions in software/technology, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and staffing agencies and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Evangel University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from La Roche College. She has a Certified Professional (CP) from SHRM, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification from HRCI, and has been a member of SHRM for over 25 years.
Paul Boal serves as Amitech’s Vice President of Data Analytics, ensuring Amitech’s customers and the healthcare industry are able to leverage the best in expertise and methods for leveraging data into insights and outcomes. Paul’s 20+ years of experience with healthcare information management, analytics, and operational solutions include developing and implementing enterprise strategies across various disciplines, including enterprise data management, master data management, data warehousing, business intelligence, data science, automation, and digital solutions.
In addition to his position as an adjunct professor at Washington University in St. Louis and St. Louis University, Mr. Boal focuses on giving healthcare companies the tools they need to adapt to an evolving industry where data, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation are increasingly crucial for business optimization, innovation, and transformation.
Kelly Moncrief serves as Amitech’s Vice President of Intelligent Automation and is responsible for leading, developing, and managing Amitech’s award-winning intelligent automation practice. Kelly has 20+ years of experience across many industries helping clients succeed with technology solutions that automate and optimize business processes and enable product/service delivery. Kelly has also managed business and workforce transformations, including operating model, organization design, and change management, leading enablement through strategy creation and roadmap delivery.
Before joining Amitech, Ms. Moncrief served as the Vice President of Intelligent Automation and Product Management for IT at Equifax, where she was responsible for leading automation capabilities, including robotic process automation, business process management, workflow automation, QA automation, and AI/machine learning capabilities.
Ms. Moncrief holds an MBA (concentration in IT Strategy & Operations, Decision & Information Analysis, and Change Management) from Emory University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
Julie Wiethop has over two decades of experience supporting organizations with marketing leadership. She provides companies with world-class marketing strategies, backed by the voice of the customer and data-driven plans. As Director of Marketing, Ms. Wiethop is primarily responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy and tactics to support its growth and revenue objectives.
Before joining Amitech, Ms. Wiethop served as Director of Affiliations Marketing at Heartland Dental, the largest dental service organization in the country, where she was responsible for leading demand generation strategies through marketing and growing the DSO’s footprint. She also has served in other healthcare marketing roles for pharmaceutical and service companies along with a background in agency-side marketing.
Ms. Wiethop holds an MBA from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
